Thank you to All Our Rockstars behind their Masks! I appreciate you. Just wanted to take a minute out of my day off to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to EVERYONE working in the Hospitality industry during the global pandemic. Specially to all the beautiful team members at Gold Key PHR. In just two months, Y’all have showed me more than I have learned over the past 10 years in the indistry. I’ve learned to be more appreciative, humble, and patient towards everyone in guest services. Working under very strict regulations, challenging changes, and behind a mask ???? during the summer is thought Y’all. Even though this is not the role I was hired pre-covid, I am blessed to be were I am today because I have had the pleasure to meet a lot of hard working individuals from both front and back of the house. I know that when my dream job becomes available again, I will be a better leader, a better coworker, and the best person for that role. So my advice to everyone seeing this is to PLEASE be more patient and appreciative towards Everyone in the entertainment, hospitality, and guest services industry. We are all working under a lot pressure, new rules and regulations but specially working in an UNDERSTAFF world. Give everyone a break and appreciate all they are doing despite the circumstances, because behind all these masks and despite the struggles, our eyes are shining and we are smiling to provide the best guest experiences despite the Pandemic struggles.
